Fondu GSF is a 2008 broodmare by Weltstern out of Didjeridu. She is registered and branded Oldenburg NA. Fondu is an athletic mare with a lot of suspension and a large ground covering stride. She received an overall score of 8.0 at her inspection and is recorded as a premium mare in the Westfalen Stud Books. She earned a 7.8 for conformation and type, an 8.1 for movement and an 8.0 for overall impression. Fondu has a very friendly personality and loves to be scratched, groomed, and pampered. Prior owners report that she has been backed a few times, though we have not attempted to ride her during our ownership. Fondu is an easykeeper. She is a liver chestnut FYI as she looks bay in some photos. She is an excellent addition to any breeding program, takes very easily.  She has produced many exceptional foals. Some of whom are showing in the Grand Prix level (Outer Banks GSF). Most recently producing a BIG filled out 25' Apiro filly. (Filly is not for sale at this time.) She is a lovely broodmare and  takes amazing care of her babies. She has been a pleasure to have as our first experience. She was purchased solely for her in-utero foal and is available upon weaning.
